I met Palak Tiwari on the sets of Bigg Boss 14. Palak was looking for a transformation for attaining a toned body. Her grit and determination towards her body goals, under my training drill, gave inordinate results.

For those who don’t know, Palak is the daughter of Shweta Tiwari. Like they say the apple does not fall far away from the tree, kudos to both mother and daughter for their commitment towards their goals.
